I’ve been debating. Going back and forth. Do I post this? Do I really put this out to the world…
Guess what? I am.
I am setting a goal to complete a sub 2 hour half marathon.
I got my swift kick in the butt when I came home from my internship today. Logged onto FB and saw Under Armour Women pop up. If you follow Under Armour Women on Facebook, you are probably familiar with the “What’s Beautiful” Challenge. Here’s what it consists of:
Step 1: Declare a Goal.
So, now you know why this is happening. Why I’m putting it out there to everyone that I will be trying for a sub 2 hour half marathon. Here’s the training plan I’ll use.
Step 2: Complete Challenges
On the website, they give you ways to upload pictures and videos of different challenges that you’ve completed. I’ll be posting. You should join me! **See below** I’ll be posting about speed workouts and yoga that I’m pushing myself to complete.
The reward? Obviously the ultimate reward is seeing 1:59 or less on the time clock! However, Under Armour is making this a little sweeter with SWAG each week and the grand prize of a trip to Camp Sweat in Clearwater, Florida. SWEET!? Right!?
So, here it goes. My road to 1:59 or less. The road is approximately 13.1 miles long with 8 weeks of sweat
