A few days before the beginning of the semester, Penn State Fitness Instructors return for workouts, workshops, and fun. We work hard so that we can work the student body into the best shape!

If you want to try to workout like a Fitness Instructor, this sequence will give you a taste:
FITNESS INSTRUCTOR SAMPLE WORKOUT!
- 30 seconds high knees
- 30 seconds skaters
- 15 seconds squats
- 30 seconds mountain climbers
- 30 seconds burpees
- 15 seconds squats
- 30 seconds jump squats
- 30 seconds switch lunges
- 1 min recovery
REPEAT 2 to 3 times!
Remember, never try a new workout without consulting a physician. Also, I’d rate this workout as intermediate to difficult, so be prepared and always use proper form!
