Completely confused about what to choose when grocery shopping? Don’t be afraid! There are many options in a supermarket, but there are also simple ways to choose the healthiest foods. Either an in person tour can be held (if in the Columbia, MD or surrounding areas) or a skype session can be held to talk about successful grocery store trips.
