I didn’t want to hold off too long before sharing my Mom’s recipe for the Chicken Broccoli Ring. While I was home I actually took the time to write down the recipe!
Mom’s Chicken Broccoli Ring
- 2 packages refrigerated crescent rolls
- 2 cups cooked cubed chicken
- 1 head of broccoli – chopped
- 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small onion
Mix all ingredients together. Arrange crescent rolls in ring fashion and spoon the filling into the center. Tuck ends of crescent rolls and bake @ 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
Slice into pieces and enjoy with a warm and cheesy cup of potato soup.
