Are you ready to get your New Year’s resolution off the ground? Need a little push to get back into working out and eating healthy after the holidays? Just want some new ideas for your workouts? Then join in on the January Jump Start!
This will be a four week program starting on Monday January 7th.
Each week will include 3 new workouts, new goals, and tips for your week, which will be released on Sundy. The workouts are meant to be performed with a rest day in between each, it may look like – workout Monday, Wednesday, Friday…or whatever days work for you.
Minimal equipment will be needed. The most I will ask you to have are a pair of dumbbells, a simple pedometer, and a food journal (I recommend MyFitnessPal).
This is a simplistic plan meant to be achievable even for someone who is an irregular exerciser. So don’t be intimidated!!! This can be adapted for any level.

For now, there isn’t a nutritional component to the Jump Start. It’s coming! Make sure to keep an accurate food diary this week, since we will use it next week to make changes.
