Either way I thought I’d share with you treadmill workouts that I’ve been researching on the internet. I love to run, but sometimes the run needs to be moved inside in the winter. So why not go into the gym with a plan?
Here are 5 that either I’ve tried or really want to try:

Hopefully these will keep you from building up boredom on the ‘mill. I used to refer to it as the dreadmill, however last winter I trained about twice a week on it and loved it, because I had a plan!

I also have been researching these workouts because it’s getting a lot colder here! Almost 27 degrees this morning, brrrrrr! But did that stop me from having a Green Monster this morning? Absolutely not!
1/2 cup sliced frozen strawberries
handful of fresh spinach
1 cup soy or almond milk
1 TBSP Peanut Butter
2 tsp chia or flaxseeds
3 – 4 ice cubes
