As a registered dietitian and certified specialist in sports dietetics, Melissa is passionate about food and fueling.  She has over 10 years of experience in the areas of fitness, racing, and nutrition.  Melissa offers a unique skill set to help her clients reach their goals, manage their weight, and perform at their peak.  Nutrition is a science and each person is different, which is why it’s important to consult a nutrition expert when making improvements to your overall eating pattern.  Melissa also goes beyond just food, since every choice we make throughout our day is interconnected.  Your health and your performance will see the results.
