Are you a new runner or just getting back into running after some time off? The Starting Line is the perfect option for you! We will work together to get you into a comfortable run base while tuning up your nutrition and exercise habits to support a healthy and happy running life!
Are you considering running a race? Are you working towards a PR? “Next Level” coaching is for you! We will develop a program that will get you to the starting line feeling prepared to give all you can. You will receive nutrition coaching to support your running along with a new running strength circuit to reduce risk of injury and make you a stronger runner.
Ready to take charge of your nutrition? With Fresh Start we will analyze your current eating patterns and set up a 4 week plan that will help you create healthy habits by the end of the month. Weekly check-ins are also a part of this coaching program.
Do you feel like you’re eating relatively healthy but still feel like there is room for improvement? In this program we will analyze your current intake and provide recommendations for improvements including increasing anti-inflammatory foods, certain micronutrients, and enhance your eating patterns. This is perfect for athletes looking to improve their nutrition to for better performance!
